This offer is a public offer by the marketing company AVSEO (hereinafter referred to as the Company) to conclude an agreement on the provision of marketing services (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) with individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the Client) who accept the terms of this offer.

The offer is valid from the moment of its publication on the Company's website until it is revoked.

Marketing services - any services provided by the Company related to the promotion of the Client's goods or services on the market, including, but not limited to, strategic consulting, advertising campaigns, SEO optimization, SMM, and others.

Agreement - a contract between the Company and the Client concluded by accepting this offer.

The Client is considered to have accepted this offer when they order marketing services through the Company's website or by any other method provided by the Company.

Acceptance of the offer is confirmation that the Client is familiar with the terms of this offer and accepts them.

The cost of marketing services is determined in accordance with the price list, which is an integral part of this offer. The Company reserves the right to change prices for services with prior notice to the Client.

The Company undertakes to provide services in the scope and within the terms agreed with the Client, and also guarantees the confidentiality of the Client's information.

The Client undertakes to timely pay for the services provided in accordance with the agreed terms and provide the necessary information for their execution.

This offer is valid until it is revoked or until the Agreement is concluded.

All disputes arising in connection with this offer are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
